Now this is a Super Mario Wonder
One culinary experience has stood out recently in Super Nintendo World: The Toadstool Cafe. Run by the talented Chef Toad and curated by Executive Chef Julia Thrash, this eatery in the heart of the Mushroom Kingdom offers a menu where mushrooms (what else?) take center stage.
Here's a journey through some of the MUST try dishes, creating the perfect SUPER NINTENDO WORLD meal:
1. Starters
- Super Star Lemon Squash: Kick off your culinary adventure with a honey lemon soda featuring tropical bobas and tiny mango-flavored Super Stars.
- Toadstool Cheesy Garlic Knots: Mini-mushroom-shaped knots brushed with garlic butter and parmesan cheese, served with marinara sauce.
2. Soups
- Super Mushroom Soup: Creamy mushroom soup served with truffle oil and adorable Super Mushroom crackers.
- Vegan Tomato Soup: Creamy tomato soup with truffle oil and basil, served in a Super Mushroom bowl.
3. Salads

- Yoshi's Favorite Fruit & Veggie Salad: Mixed greens, strawberries, blueberries, pineapple, and star fruit with raspberry vinaigrette and Yoshi egg croutons. You can't go wrong with a dish based on our favorite dinosaur.

- Piranha Plant Caprese: Mixed greens, shaved radish, and apple vinaigrette with a tomato and fresh mozzarella Piranha Plant.
- Super Star Chicken Salad: Romaine, cabbage, grape tomatoes, and mushrooms in creamy truffle dressing, topped with parmesan Super Star croutons and grilled chicken.
4. Main Course - Entrées
- Luigi Burger: Pesto-grilled chicken burger with a slice of crunchy green pepper, served on a brioche bun with truffle fries.

- Mario Burger: All beef patty topped with bacon, mushrooms, lettuce, tomato, and cheese, served on a brioche bun with truffle fries.

- Fire Flower Spaghetti & Meatballs: Spaghetti with marinara sauce, mushrooms, and a Fire Flower parmesan crisp.
5. Kids' Menu
- Mario Mini Burger Adventure Set: Cheeseburger, truffle french fries, corn on the cob surrounded by broccoli florets, resembling the Super Mario flagpole.

6. Desserts
- Block Tiramisu: Tiramisu inside a shortbread cookie? Block, layered with coffee-soaked ladyfingers, cocoa powder, and a themed white chocolate detail.

- Mt. Beanpole Cake: Layers of chocolate, vanilla, and strawberry cake with matcha mousse, representing the landscape of Mt. Beanpole.

- Princess Peach Cupcake: Raspberry filled confetti cupcake with buttercream frosting and a Princess Peach chocolate crown.
7. The Vibe
- The magic experience extends beyond the food, offering details into Chef Toad's kitchen and views of the bustling Mushroom Kingdom through restaurant windows. Any better idea? We don't think so!
