Nope. Even then, we all appreciate good tips, especially when visiting a theme park for the first time, boarding a cruise, or arriving at a beach resort in the middle of Jamaica. Some things we only learn after our first visit, and other insights come after several trips. Practice makes perfect, and visiting our favorite vacation spots repeatedly allows us to discover something new each time we pack our bags and embark on adventures around the world.

Top Tips for a great vacation with MSC
- Prepare a white outfit for the White Night!
- Prepare a flowery outfit for the flower Glory Night!
- MSC offers amazing dance lessons that you can use at the White or Flower Glory Night!
- Usually there are two formal nights onboard: one elegant and one gala night.
- When cruising Fantastica, you can receive a complimentary photo taken in the restaurant on Mediterranean night.
- During Mediterranean night, don't skip dinner in the main dining room. There is a show and dance performed by the waiters, and everyone is welcome to join in!
- When traveling with kids, you will find the Doremi Club (kids' club) bracelet and registration form in your cabin shortly after boarding on embarkation day. You can register your kids so they can participate in free activities. They even have dinner or lunch together with other kids. If the bracelets and registration form do not arrive, you can ask your cabin steward or the reception, or you can register them directly at the kids' club.
- The Doremi Club hosts amazing disco nights for families! These events usually start at 9 pm, where you can dance with your kids. There are also games available for both kids and adults.
- MSC offers rentals for onboard strollers, bottle warmers, and other items baby travelers may need.
- In the main dining room, kids are given a Doremi menu to choose from.
- Once onboard, be sure to arrange your spa or beauty appointments early, as sea day slots sell out quickly. Additionally, when in port, you can enjoy amazing discounts on spa packages!
- The MSC Voyagers' Club is a beneficial loyalty program that offers valuable perks. Members can earn double points when booking more than 12 months in advance. Silver members and above also receive $50 USD onboard credit per member!
