Sandals South Coast offers a total of 9 restaurants, all complimentary to guests. There are options for sushi lovers, Italian cuisine, seafood, and multiple choices for Caribbean dishes. Keep in mind that this is a fairly spread-out resort, so your room may be close to some restaurants and a few minutes away from others.
I don’t think this resort has any outstanding restaurants, but what they offer gets the job done. I do love Sushi on the Sand, which is similar to the Soy Sushi Bar found at many Sandals resorts, but even better. Eleanor’s is also an excellent and romantic restaurant that you should visit at least once, so be sure to pack your favorite fancy shirt or dress.

Yes! You could say that two restaurants at Sandals Negril fit the quick-service concept: The Jerk Shack and Café de Paris. Make sure to try the jerk chicken at The Jerk Shack at least once, as it’s usually one of the guests' favorite dishes when they visit Sandals. Café de Paris is also a great place for a quick bite, where you can find sweet treats, freshly baked goods, ice cream, and made-to-order crepes.
What do you wear to dinner in Sandals South Coast?
Many guests often wonder what to wear for dinner. ‘Do I need to dress up? Should I bring a fancy dress or the tuxedo I wore to my high school prom?’ Relax, friends. As of now, only one restaurant requires Resort Evening Attire:

According to Sandals, Resort Evening Attire means “Dress pants or jeans for men, long or short sleeve dress shirts (with or without collar). Dress shoes or sandals. No shorts, t-shirts, sleeveless shirts, sneakers, flip flops or slippers. No hats.”
All other restaurants follow a Resort Casual dress code, so you can enjoy your meal in shorts and a t-shirt.

There are three restaurants at Sandals South Coast that offer breakfast. They are: Bayside, Eleanor’s and Cafe de Paris.

Most guests agree that this is the best restaurant at Sandals South Coast and a great choice for sushi lovers. Sushi on the Sand isn’t exactly located right on the beach, but you’re just a few steps away from the ocean, allowing for a lovely view of the sunset if you decide to have dinner here. Portions tend to be small, so be sure to order multiple dishes. The sushi is delicious and fresh, and guests also agree that this restaurant is even better than the Soy Sushi Bar, which is often found at many Sandals resorts. There are a variety of unique sushi options, including some desserts inspired by - you guessed it - sushi.
Eleanor’s

Eleanor’s is the most romantic and elegant restaurant at Sandals South Coast, and it’s the only one that requires resort evening attire. Be sure to pack a nice shirt or a beautiful dress for a fantastic night out! This charming restaurant offers authentic Jamaican cuisine, including grilled pork chops, vegan jerk chicken, and chargrilled beef striploin steak. Sandals South Coast is renowned for its romantic atmosphere, and Eleanor’s perfectly embodies that. Make sure to reserve a spot here as soon as possible.
Neptune’s

Neptune’s is a great option at Sandals South Coast. It’s located in a secluded spot on the eastern side of the resort, right on the beach, allowing you to enjoy seafood while taking in the sunset. Neptune’s is great for two reasons. First, it’s open until 2am, offering snacks like nachos and wraps… well, I always love a good wrap after midnight. Dinner is also excellent, featuring signature dishes like lamb stew, chargrilled chicken, and grilled mahi-mahi among the best options.
