Some of the most popular TV shows, movies, and even video games have been brought to life in the most important theme parks in the world, such as Disney and Universal. Fans have truly enjoyed immersing in the interactive experience that each universe offers. Nowadays we have Super Nintendo World, The Wizarding World of Harry Potter and, one of our favorites, Springfield, which is of course based on The Simpsons!

We have lost count of how many times we've been there. What about you, have you gone there yet, or are planning to visit it in 2024?
Woo-hoo it's time for fun
Did you ever imagine eating the yummylicious pink donuts from the famous “Lard Lad Donuts”? Or maybe enjoy a refreshing Duff Beer with your crew? These are things that we could only imagine experiencing through the television or in our deepest dreams.
Thankfully, it's been a while since Universal decided to bring to life the iconic town of Springfield with all the features that make the place so remarkable and nostalgic for many guests.

There are actually two Springfields when it comes to theme parks! One is located in Universal Studios Orlando, but we are going to focus on the lesser known one, located in Universal Studios Hollywood.
Guests can go there and find the unique yellow-ish world where there are a dozen spots to discover and truly plunge into an episode of The Simpsons. If you have never visited or it's been a long time since the last trip, allow us to unwrap some of the many vibrant spots and activities that can be expected when visiting Springfield.

Characters
There are so many beloved characters from the Simpsons walking around the park, so keep your cameras ready because at any minute you could bump into one of them. Some of the characters that may be walking here and there at Springfield are:

- Krusty The Clown
- The Simpsons Family (yep, all the gang)
- Sideshow Bob (do not mention Bart Simpson when hanging around with him)
Chill & Relax
Springfield is not quite as small as it may seem on TV, and when visiting it you may need some comfortable shoes plus a good amount of energy to see all the different spots and fun places they have in store for you. In case you get tired, do not worry, there are a few spots perfect to recover or just hang out for some time and replenish your strenght.

- Duff Brewery Beer Garden: Ohh yes, now you can get the classic Duff Beer, but if you’re not a fan of beer (like me), some non-alcoholic cocktail options will make your day.
- Moe’s Tavern: Guests truly feel like Homer Simpson here. Also, this is your chance to enjoy a Duff Beer brewed right at home. You can even enjoy the nonalcoholic Flaming Moe, which is a fan favorite.
What about the food & what to do?
The food list is incredibly delicious around here. We all know Homer has always been a number one foodie, but one of our favorite options is the Lard Lad Donuts. They are big and delightful, truly a dance for the taste buds.

And for fun, Bart Simpson will certainly give two thumbs up to The Simpsons Ride, which takes guests into a virtual thrill adventure going through Kustyland with all the family! This is an iconic motion simulator similar to Hollywood Studios' Star Tours, and features an amazing queue with unique Simpsons movies.
