An Updated Universe of Fantasy
Is only a matter of time before the new DreamWorks-inspired land opens its doors to Universal guests, and we have been on the edge of our chairs filled with excitement for the day to finally arrive.
More fun, More DreamWorks
This is like a dream come true. DreamWorks has always produced many of my favorite movies and I know many fans feel the same way too. Starting with Shrek who has been part of my teenage years and will continue to be part of my life as one of my fav characters and movies of all time. Even though he may be a bit sweaty, smelly, and not in the best mood most of the time. I am on cloud nine to meet him in person and take a cool pic at Universal. C’mon, who wouldn’t?
Ohhh, and how can we ever overlook Kung Fu Panda? Po is the cutest, even though he wishes to be the bravest all the time. He’s wholesome. And we will have the chance to meet him and talk with him in the new DreamWorks Land, how great!
Haven't you heard about it?
Omg. Sorry if we got head over heels for this upcoming land and you haven’t heard about it. Sorry. Ok, to sum up. Universal being the best (as usual) is creating a new land that will substitute Woody Woodpecker’s KidZone which is inspired by the fantastical and loving world of DreamWorks at Universal Studios Florida.
Yep, that’s it. Now you can get our excitement. The new rides, experiences, and activities that will be available for guests are too good to be true! And speaking of activities, we want you to get prepared with some of the things that you can do while visiting this new spot in Summertime 2024. I know we can almost touch it with the tip of our fingers.
Things to do!
There will be tons of experiences to enjoy during the visit. But we have listed the features and activities that guests can get the chance to explore while discovering the wonders of this fantastical land.
“A Land of Fun”
Shrek’s Swamp for Little Ogres will be waiting for you. This great playground allows you to slide, climb, and even splash some water through this great spot.
Or if you’re more of a Panda fan go ahead to Panda Village where you can play and entertain at Po’s Kung Fu Training Camp, how fun right? Yes, be prepared for hours and hours of playtime because little ones will enjoy it the most (or we are?)
“Entertainment”
Guests will be able to be entertained through the new live show that would be found at DreamWorks Imagination Celebration, plus some magical encounters with their favorite characters at the DreamWorks Character Zone. Have your camera ready. The pics cannot be missing during this special visit.
“Dining and Shopping”
Your taste buds will have a party on their own after tasting the delicious options that will be available at Swamp Snacks. However, if you need an extra pump of energy, then a sweet treat might be the best one for you. You can find an array of candy-ish options at Trolls Treats.
And how it can be a complete Universal visit without the lovely merch? You will have the chance to purchase yours at High Five Hideaway.
