Want to feel like the Little Mermaid, surrounded by beautiful sea wildlife and able to connect with the ocean? Now there is no need to have a mermaid tail or travel in a submarine into the depths of the ocean, because Disney World has brought the ocean to the surface. Let’s take a look at it!
Explore the depths of the ocean
Disney World loves to connect the wonders of nature with visitors through unique experiences, always keeping the well being of anture and oceanic wildlife in mind. They also find a way to let guests understand more about all the aspects of life that surrounds us, which is something that already happens in Living with the Land at Epcot.
Also located in Epcot, there is a marine gem called SeaBase, which is one of the biggest marine ecosystems ever created by humans. It's certainly fascinating and it holds thousands of sea species across the entire complex.

What is it about?
It consists of a two-level complex designed with a capacity of 5.7-million-gallon, becoming the habitat of so many kinds of sea wildlife, such as rays, sharks, sea turtles, and a great variety of fish; which makes it a must-see attraction when visiting EPCOT. The kids will love it (and adults too!).

Visitors get to learn so much about ocean life and how it can be well-preserved. It's beneficial for future generations to know the importance of the adequate preservation of marine ecosystems, and learn about the life cycle of the many species that share Planet Eath with us. There is even a manatee section, how cute.
What activities can we enjoy as a family?
Besides the breathtaking views that you will have during your visit, the place offers activities that will bring joy to every family, especially to the little ones, making the experience so much fun and entertaining.

Some of them are:
- Manatee Rehabilitation: located on levels 1 and 2, SeaBase is used as a center of residence for injured manatees, allowing them to rest and recover with the best care offered by the specialists of the aquarium.
- Fish Feeding: located on level 2, seeing how fish, rays, and turtles are fed is an incredible experience.
- Bruce’s Shark World: located on level 1, is the interactive exhibit that will make you remember Finding Nemo, the movie, while learning about sea life, and as a plus, you get a photo with Bruce the shark.
- The Seas with Nemo & friends: want to feel part of the popular movie, board a clamobile and get aboard this splashy adventure. This is a dark ride inspired by Finding Nemo, which kids and toddlers love.

This 2024 is waiting for you to create new memories and connect with nature at the Happiest Place on Earth. And do not worry about planning your trip, we have it covered, just get in contact with our team, and we will be delighted to help you through the whole process. Until the next splash, dear friend!
