Buenos días, we woke up thinking about Spain!
Every time we visit Disney World Parks, especially EPCOT, one of our favorite activities is trying out as many different food items and drinks as possible. We are just foodies by heart, and we truly enjoy spotting our favorite and not-so-favorite food spots in the park.
A well-known spot that has been around Epcot for some time now came back to refresh our memories. Si, we are talking about Spain, the picturesque booth that was first introduced in 2017 for the EPCOT’s International Food & Wine Festival. By the way, we are excited to see the 2024 edition of this festival, we truly love it!
Are you in the mood for some Spanish food?
What first caught our attention in this booth was the decoration and how well-represented the Spain vibes are in its design. It’s undeniably one of the most beautiful booths we have seen and the menu looks pretty interesting too.
We have to admit, we are not really fans of seafood, but if you love to have some shrimp and have a taste of oceanic flavors, then this is a great choice for you.
Our favorite option from the menu was the Sangria (because it doesn’t have any seafood in it, ops) and they have different presentations of this delightful beverage, which was needed after a long day of rides and adventures at the park. Certainly a good options after you had a few beers in Germany, hm?
A closer look at the menu
Seafood Salad
This was a creative way to showcase a culinary under-the-sea experience. The overall presentation looked good and, well, the flavor will attract those who enjoy some shrimp and Extra Virgin Olive Oil on their dishes.
Paella
This is a classic and traditional Spanish dish. The portion offered is of a decent size, and the chorizo plus shrimp and rice are a great mix.
Charcuteries in a cup
One thing Spanish people love besides seafood is meat, and this option is a great choice if you’re not really into shrimp, like us. They offer a mix of imported Spanish meats, cheeses, olives, and more.
It's a good companion for your favorite sangria, and it's cool to see that they serve it on a cup. It looks almost... cute? Okay, maybe cute is not the right word to describe it.
