If you love Italian food the same way that you love Disney, then you probably know or have already eaten at Terralina Crafted Italian, a table-service restaurant in Disney Springs. They offer a family-friendly and authentic Italian menu like pasta, hand-tossed pizza, salads, and much more. Their lunch and dinner menus range from $15 to $34.99 as well. Not bad, right?
This restaurant also just got a NEW executive chef, and it’s none other than Chef Claudio Daggio! He was a former senior sous chef at Compass Group before working for Disney. He is now officially promoted to Executive Chef after Chef Justin Plank left Terralina Crafted Italian. Welcome, Mr. Daggio!
As someone who was born and grew up in Mexico City, Chef Daggio’s cooking skills are influenced by Latin and Mediterranean styles. Chef Daggio also pursued culinary studies at the MID Florida Culinary Institute since their family relocated to Florida as well.
