The cabin is just for snoozing and, if you get seasick, being in the middle of the ship on a lower deck helps calm those waves in your stomach. Inside cabins are often located there, away from windows, and there are more choices to choose from, which is always good.
You might be wondering, any other options?
You can try an oceanview cabin, which is a bit more expensive, let's say $25-40 extra per night. But, hey, if you go for the budget-friendly inside cabin you will be saving a couple hundred bucks that you can spend on other activities or expenses during the cruise.
We are aware that a balcony might be dreamy, but in the Mediterranean, you'll be out exploring. Judging the price difference, an inside cabin just makes sense. Remember what matters is a cozy, quiet space for a good night's sleep. Our tip? Save your cash for the adventures onshore, not the view from your window.
