Magic, twinkling lights, colorful spheres, themed parades, themed wreaths, ornaments, garlands, hot chocolate, ugly sweaters… wow, you know which beloved season is coming right? Or should we mention Santa and his little helpers as well?
Bibbidi, Bobbidi, Boo, Christmas is here!
That is right, December is less than a week away, eight days to be exact! And it goes hand in hand with the Christmas season which we have to admit is one of our favorite holidays.
Disney loves to celebrate
Oh, who wouldn’t want to see the iconic Disney Fantasy Parade where all our beloved Disney characters along with Santa Claus come together to celebrate with a merry musical following the route down Main Street?
Or maybe you prefer being surprised with magical lights and visual effects? In that case, The Wintertime Enchantment is going to be taking over Sleeping Beauty’s Castle, showing off a sparkly spectacle that is going to be changing every evening. How magical right?

We are sure you already thought, “Oh, I have to start planning my next visit to Disney World parks especially to celebrate this wonderful season!”, but before rushing into Famvia.com, there is a common mistake that visitors tend to make while at Disney, and we are here to help you with that.
Do not get stuck in only one park!
We are pretty sure that you may want to spend your entire day only at the Magic Kingdom, which is considered the official House of Mickey Mouse and it's also where Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party takes place. However, this is one of the worst mistakes you could make, because you will be missing out on the other amazing shows and surprises that the other parks have prepared for you!
At EPCOT you can enjoy so many amazing displays and events, we are sure you won’t want to skip these:
Festival of the Holidays, you can find more information about it in our latest article “The Festival of the Holidays welcomes you to Epcot!”, it is a must in your daily agenda.
The breathtaking Gingerbread Displays, shows amazing creations made by human hands, with carefully selected ingredients that not only make them look like architectural masterpieces, but also look mouthwatering. Do not try to eat them, please!
The Spaceship Earth New Year’s Light, family and friends get to enjoy this sparkly and magical moment, all Spaceship Earth gets irradiated with a magical show of lights that calls the attention of everyone nearby. Nowadays there is a special event which celebrates the release of Disney's newest movie, Wish!
I hope those small tips help you during the Holidays so you have an amazing time at Walt Disney World. Don't be shy and contact us if you have any more questions!
