…okay, I’m back. We are here to inform you that the Disney Destiny will finally set sail on November 20, 2025. That’s in a little over a year, so you still have plenty of time to plan ahead and get ready to book your spot aboard this beautiful vessel.
The Disney Destiny will be setting sail from Port Everglades in Fort Lauderdale, with 4- and 5-night sailings to the Western Caribbean and the Bahamas. The itinerary will include stops at both of Disney’s private islands—Castaway Cay and Lookout Cay.
Bookings for the Disney Destiny’s inaugural season will open to the general public on September 12, 2024, with bookings for Castaway Club Members starting on September 6. You can contact the experts on Famvia and, yes, we will do everything to help you out and secure a spot there!
Heroes vs Villains
Each Disney ship has its own theme, and the Disney Destiny is all about the exciting world of heroes and villains from both Disney’s extensive roster and Marvel. Disney hasn’t specified which characters will be the main stars, but they have hinted that Minnie, Scar, Cruella de Vil, and Hercules will be featured. In fact, the bow of the Disney Destiny will showcase Minnie transforming into ‘Hero Minnie’ in a heroic pose, protecting passengers from the forces of evil - Galactus? Maleficent?
