Sandals Royal Curaçao opened its doors in 2022, which means that every room is new, fresh and just waiting for you with bright colors and great views to one of the most beautiful Sandals ever. There are a total of 25 room categories in total, with only 3 being Luxury Rooms, 11 Club Sandals and 11 Butler Elite Suites.
Just keep one thing in mind: Luxury Rooms can be noisy during certain hours of the day. These rooms are usually located in buildings that are very close together, reminiscent of classic European cottages. This means you might hear the room service cart early in the morning or a guest in the next room if they are loud enough.
Some Club Sandals rooms also offer amazing amenities to guests, like swim-up pools and soaking tubs on the balcony. Butler Elite Suites take it a step further. Not only do you get a private butler in every suite, but some of these rooms also provide a private pool and even a Mini Cooper for you to drive around the island and discover the secrets of Curaçao.
Now, let’s take a look at the starting prices for a couple spending one week at Sandals Royal Curaçao. Of course, prices fluctuate significantly throughout the year, but they can help you see which months offer the most affordable options and which months are considered peak season.
As you can see, prices are significantly lower from July to December and begin increasing from January through April. The difference between Luxury Rooms and Club Sandals rooms also isn’t that big, at least in our quick simulation. Keep in mind that this can change without notice, but based on our calculations, a Club Sandals room would be the perfect choice for a 2025 vacation.

Sandals Luxury
- Good for: you are on a budget; you don’t plan to spend a lot of time in your room; you don’t mind a room that might be a little loud.
- Price range: typically starting from $280-$330 per guest/per night.
The name might be a bit misleading, as Sandals Luxury is actually the budget option at the resort. Sandals Royal Curaçao offers only three types of Luxury Rooms: Subi Premium, Carisia Luxury, and Sunchi Luxury Beachfront. Keep in mind that the Subi and Carisia buildings are located near the central area of the resort and may be a bit noisier than usual, as they are closer to the main swimming pools and where most of the parties take place.
These rooms are bright, attractive, and new. However, they don't offer any additional amenities, so don't expect to find a soaking tub or a swim-up pool just outside your door. Prices typically start at $280-$330 per guest, per night for the Subi Premium room, while the Sunchi Luxury Beachfront starts at $370.
Club Sandals
- Good for: you want a bit more luxury, you like the concierge perks offered
- Price range: typically starting from $360 per guest/per night.
The mid-term rooms for Sandals Royal Curaçao, which is actually quite luxurious. These rooms give you access to the Concierge perks, which include:
The Concierge Lounge: think of this one like those fancy airport lounges for first-class passengers. You get access to a place to relax, drink coffee, have a beer, and just enjoy your time. You can also check-in here and be directed to your room by a dedicated staff member.
Plush bathrobes: now you can feel all cozy when leaving the shower.
Special In-room bar: you have access to soda, wine, beer, juice, water, liqueur and can request specific alcoholic beverages.

There are a total of 11 Club Sandals rooms at Sandals Royal Curaçao. Prices typically start at $360 per guest, per night for the most affordable option, the 'Subi Club Level Room.' Some Club Level rooms also offer swim-up pools, which are semi-private and shared by about 4–5 rooms in total. These rooms usually start at $450 per guest, per night.
I really like the Club Sandals rooms with the swim-up pool at Royal Curaçao. To be completely honest, $450 per guest, per night for a room that's larger than the standard ones and includes a semi-private pool is a pretty good deal, especially if you can get a room that's located a bit farther from the central area, so you're not too close to the main pool where most guests gather and it can get noisy.
Butler Elite Suites
- Good for: you want luxury; you want someone to make reservations for you and bring meals to your room; you don’t mind paying more for top-tier quality rooms; you like the idea of driving a Mini-Cooper around Curaçao.
- Price range: typically starting from $680 per guest/per night.
This is it, this is for guests that want top-mega-ultra luxury and enjoy their vacation at the fullest. The Butler Elite package offers a plethora of perks. You'll enjoy specialized room service and have a dedicated butler at your service, handling reservations, delivering breakfast to your bed, scheduling appointments, and much more. Additionally, some Butler Suites offer swim-up pools that serve 2-3 rooms only, and some rooms come with a private pool for you only.

Ultimately, it all depends on your personal preferences, budget, and how much you intend to utilize the services of your butler.
Butler Elite suites are a very good option if you manage to book early to save some money. Some of these suites come with full living rooms and have a private swimming pool right outside their door, giving guests more luxury and privacy. Your personal bar is stocked with premium liqueurs and sparkling wines, and your butler can accommodate most alcoholic beverage requests.
Sandals Royal Curaçao offers 11 different Butler Elite Suites, and as expected, they are the best rooms in the entire resort. Many Butler Elite Suites feature their own soaking tub in a private patio or offer either swim-up pools or private pools.
There's also a room category called the “Asombroso Rondoval Butler Villa w/ Private Pool” that looks amazing (pictured above) and reminds me of such a cozy cottage that I’d want to live there forever. It comes with its own private pool, patio, and soaking tub, and it's not located in any of the main buildings or central areas, which means you also get plenty of peace and quiet. Prices for these rooms start at $790 per guest, per night..
Looking for something even more luxurious? You might like the “Kurason Island Poolside Butler Bungalow with Patio Tranquility Soaking Tub” (pictured above). These rooms resemble the cozy cottages from Moana and feel like you're spending a day in paradise… which Curaçao might very well be. These bungalows also give you the chance to drive a convertible Mini Cooper around the island during your stay. With Curaçao known for its amazing beaches, it’s time to get out there and explore, friend. Prices for these rooms start at $1,100 per guest, per night.
