By the way, Bombay’s reputation extends beyond Sandals Royal Caribbean - the Bombay locations at Sandals Barbados and Sandals Grande St. Lucia are also ranked among the best on those properties. Royal Thai

Royal Thai is a one-of-a-kind restaurant that, as far as I know, is exclusive to Sandals Royal Caribbean, offering unique dishes you don’t typically find at other Sandals resorts. Some fantastic options include the stir-fried rice noodles and the dry spiced red curry. Be sure to try the coconut crème brûlée as well. The atmosphere is wonderful, with open-air dining surrounded by the ocean.
The Jerk Shack
Type: Resort casual, caribbean cuisine, quick-service, lunch.
Hours: 12:00am-4:00pm
The Jerk Shack is one of the most classic restaurants at Sandals, and exists in so many properties that I’ve lost count. Sandals Royal Caribbean has two top tier restaurants - Royal Thai and Bombay - and a lot of dining options that I’d consider just average. I’d put The Jerk Shack above average, and it’s why it gets the bronze medal at Sandals Royal Caribbean. This is a quick service restaurant that allows you to get your favorite dish and head to the pool or the beach without wasting a lot of time. At this resort, The Jerk Shack is located right in the middle of the private island, which gives it a bit of extra charm.
