Dining Options at Sandals Dunn's River Resort

One of the best things about a Sandals vacation is all the complimentary restaurants at your disposal. If you're a Sandals veteran, you've probably already tried classic spots like Soy Sushi Bar, Neptune’s, Kimonos, and many others commonly found at their resorts around the Caribbean.

However, you might be surprised to know that Sandals Dunn’s River does things a bit differently. How different, you may ask? Well, Dunn’s River has 12 restaurants, most of which are completely unique to this resort, which launched in 2023. That’s part of what earns it the title of Sandals 2.0: while there are still some familiar restaurants, the majority are brand new and receive excellent reviews. Instead of the Italian restaurant Mario’s, you’ll find Cascata. And instead of Soy Sushi Bar, there’s Hanami, offering both sushi and teppanyaki menus.

Most of the restaurants are praised by guests from all over the world. Just google “food Sandals Dunn’s River,” and you’ll see that most people rave about how great the food is. The Dunn’s Rum Club also gets a lot of praise. It’s the first Sandals bar dedicated entirely to rum, so you can head there with your significant other and roleplay as pirates for a few hours - just don’t bring a parrot, mate.

Do you miss classic Sandals restaurants like Kimonos? That’s okay! Sandals Ochi and Sandals Royal Plantation are just 15 minutes away. While there isn’t a free shuttle connecting the resorts, you can still visit and enjoy their restaurants and activities at no extra cost.
