It depends. Most people will want to do Islands of Adventure first, since it's overall the better theme park with some of the best roller coasters in the world (like Jurassic World VelociCoaster and Hagrid's Motorbike Adventure). You could try Universal Studios, however, if you are a fan of motion simulators and live shows. Both parks are great, and you can also buy a Park-to-Park ticket to visit both of them on the same day.
