This week we have been getting so many cool Zootopia news. Now, it's time to see the wild adventure as "Disney Zootopia Comes Alive" debuts at Shanghai Disney Resort.
This fantastic show is a collaboration between Disney Live Entertainment, Walt Disney Imagineering, and the Shanghai Disney Resort team, bringing the animated world of "Zootopia" to life in a whole new way.
Ok, picture this: Zootopia Park Apartments along Mane Street serve as the backdrop, featuring beloved characters like the Hopps family, Fru Fru, Mr. Big, and more. But, here's the twist: it's not a typical show with a set schedule.
Instead, it's an all day experience filled with different stories happening spontaneously. Sounds cool, right? Much like a lively city, with their inhabitants going about their daily lives and new setpieces happening depending on the time you get there.
According to the Creative Director at Disney Live Entertainment, it's a brand new, first-of-its-kind experience. As you stroll into the land, you'll catch the characters going about their daily lives, and each time you see them, it might be a new adventure. Now I wanna go there in the early morning, during the afternoon and once the sun sets down!
It's more than just a show
Michelle Tritt, Disney Live Entertainment Production Manager, explained that this isn't just a show; it's like the land itself comes alive. They've combined sound, lights, and creativity to make it feel real and natural for everyone.
Disney Zootopia is coming alive promising surprises and details that will make you smile. As the creative director said, "You could probably spend four hours in that land just walking around and looking at all the little details." We will be doing that probably, because it looks exactly like a fairytale!
