Leveling Up Your Disney World Stay with Heineken, Muffins, Pancakes and more Heineken

Did you know you can upgrade your stay at a Disney World Deluxe Resort, or Disney’s Coronado Springs, with a special service called Club Level Concierge? Surprisingly, many guests don’t know about this option or the perks that come with it. Club Level access comes at an extra cost and includes exclusive amenities like private lounges, complimentary snacks and drinks, continental breakfast and personalized service.

For example, at Coronado Springs, a standard room costs around $300, while a room with Club Level access is about $540. At the Grand Floridian, a standard room starts at $800, and a Club Level room begins at $1,300. As you can see, prices vary depending on the resort, but the upgrade can add a touch of luxury and convenience to your Disney vacation.

Club Level Concierge gives you access to the exclusive Club Level Lounge at participating Disney World resorts. Inside the lounge, you’ll enjoy a variety of complimentary offerings throughout the day, such as:

  • Continental breakfast
  • Evening wine and beer selections
  • Desserts and cordials
  • Club Level Concierge also gives you access to the concierge service, with specialized service that can help you out with park information, dining & transportation information and more.

What we like about Club Level Concierge

If you’re booking a Club Level room at Disney World, you’re probably not focused on the room itself, but on the private lounge with complimentary food and drinks available throughout the day.

One of the best perks of Club Level is often overlooked: it includes alcoholic beverages for guests. The lounge is perfect for a light lunch or midday snacks, and you can even enjoy a Mimosa while watching the fireworks from afar. Before heading to the theme parks, you can grab snack bags filled with nuts and candy, which come really handy when you’re waiting an hour in line for Slinky Dog Dash or Rise of the Resistance.

The “Concierge” part of Club Level Concierge is helpful, but it’s not the main attraction. You’ll have access to a direct phone line and text support to connect with staff members who can assist with theme park tickets, dining reservations, and more. Occasionally, they might even be able to secure a free Lightning Lane for a specific ride, but that’s not guaranteed. Since your travel agent can typically handle most of these tasks for you, the Concierge service loses a bit of its appeal. Still, it’s a great Plan B if something goes wrong during your trip.

Club Level also varies from resort to resort. The offerings change depending on where you're staying, but many consider the best one to be at Coronado Springs. Yes, the only Moderate Resort with Club Level access is often praised for having the best lounge at Disney World! Not only is this lounge brand-new and located inside the beautiful Gran Destino Tower, but it’s also the most affordable option, with rooms starting at around $560. So, if you’re looking for a special room and a touch of luxury during your Disney trip, Club Level at Coronado Springs might be well worth it.

What we don’t like about Club Level Concierge

The truth is, your experience with Club Level Concierge can vary quite a bit. Each Deluxe Resort - and Coronado Springs - has its own lounge, and some are simply better than others. For example, many guests online praise the lounges at Coronado Springs and Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort, while others feel the lounge at Yacht Club and Animal Kingdom Lodge could use some improvement.

Some lounges are newer and stay open late, even after the parks close, while others shut down early. It can be disappointing to return from a long day at Magic Kingdom only to find the lounge door locked.

Club Level Concierge is only worth it if you’re actually going to make use of it. Surprising, right? If you’re heading to Disney with plans to wake up at 6am for Early Entry and return to your resort only at 10pm, there’s a good chance you won’t even set foot in the lounge. Club Level is best for those who plan to enjoy breakfast there, grab snacks throughout the day, and relax with a drink. It’s a great option for guests visiting Orlando for a convention, or for couples looking for a more relaxed, romantic vacation.

The other issue is that Club Level doesn’t always feel as luxurious as it should, especially when you’re paying thousands of dollars a night at a resort like the Grand Floridian. This becomes even more noticeable when you compare Disney’s lounges to those offered by other luxury hotel chains. That said, it seems Disney is working on improving its Club Level experience, as seen with the newer and well-received lounge at Coronado Springs, which is a step in the right direction.
