Choosing the perfect hotel for your Disney vacation is a difficult decision. We usually go online and study reviews and articles before we come to a final decision, right? We are aware that there are plenty of options, but the standout destination according to guests worldwide is Disney's Pop Century Resort.
That's pretty cool. Disney’s Pop Century Resort is a value resort located near Epcot and Disney Hollywood Studios, which means that it's not super expensive and offers awesome quality for everyone.
Early Theme Park Entry!
You also get access to Early Theme Park Entry, meaning you can enter your favorite park at Walt Disney World thirty minutes before anyone else! You can also book your individual Lightning Lanes at 7:00 am.
The hotel has 11 buildings and three pools. The main building is a Classic Hall where you will find the food court, lobby, and arcade. Behind the building, you can find the main pool. Pop Century celebrates pop culture from the 50s all the way to the 90s, each section of buildings is themed after a decade. Now that's nostalgic!
Prices start at U$183 and go all the way to $392 per night. Staying here gives you perks like access to free transportation to the parks and Disney Springs, either by bus or the Skyliner. They have four room categories: the standard, preferred, pool view, and regular view.
If you are heading to Magic Kingdom, you can head there directly by taking a bus. You can check the approximate bus wait time in your hotel or on the My Disney Experience App. The travel times are usually:
Pop Century to/from Magic Kingdom — 15-20 minutes
Pop Century to/from Animal Kingdom — 10 minutes
You can even walk to the Magic Kingdom if you wish! The Hourglass Lake between Pop Century and Art of Animation is a great route to walk. The route is approximately 1.2 miles long with AMAZING views.
What about the food?
Pop Century’s restaurant is called “Everything Pop!”. If you ever stayed in a Disney resort, you know that the foodcourts offer standard food. Basically, we are talking about Pizzas, salads, Pasta, Sandwiches, and of course the standard breakfast: eggs, bacon, sausage, and pancakes, pancakes but nothing fancy.
