Prepare your lightsabers and your appetite for May!
May the 4th is around the corner, and Walt Disney World is preparing to celebrate the special occasion with a range of Star Wars-themed food and drinks. Disney has decided to surprise us with culinary teams that have crafted dishes with NEW and favorite past flavors for guests to enjoy. You can expect to see returning favorites like the Lightsaber Churro at Disney’s Hollywood Studios and new ones like the Chewbacca Doughnut. It seems Wookies have a real sweet tooth, can you blame them?
If you are visiting Walt Disney World Resort from May to June 2, you will be able to try themed bites like the Mossberry Biscuit topped with ube and matcha icing, or the Princess of Alderaan Shake with salted caramel and mini cinnamon rolls. The Polystarch Puffbread and Mustafarian Puff are other new items available for a limited time.
Disney Springs
Of course, Disney Springs didn’t stay away from offering more galactic bites like the Stormtrooper Petit Cake featuring layers of chocolate chiffon, vanilla bean mousse, and dark chocolate ganache.
You will have the chance to eat at The Ganachery with the new Death Star Ganache Square and Rebellion Ganache Square for those who are always craving something sweet.
Walt Disney World is going to surprise us with the NEW upcoming Salvaged Stormtrooper Helmet Bucket that will be limited to two per person, per transaction. We can’t wait to try it and see what magnificent work of art they have created to be this EXCLUSIVE.
