Before diving into a foodie adventure, have you heard about Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort? This is a wonderful Disney resort that offers a unique experience where the Mexican, Spanish and Southwest American cultures have inspired the aesthetic and featured elements you find there.
And it has certainly become one of our favorite spots to spend time in, especially when planning a dreamy vacation at Disney World. This place has it all, and their highlighted offer is the variety of dining options available just for you. It's a fun feast for your taste buds, let’s check it out!

Disney chefs are not playing games when it comes to serving unique and mouthwatering meals.
There are a total of ten restaurants distributed along the hotel, but we have decided to unwrap only our Top 3, they were our favorites for sure.
The dining options are:

Villa del Lago
Indulge in a Spanish-American feast while enjoying a wonderful time viewing Lago Dorado.
The menu is one of its kind, offering delicious entrees and shareable options to classics with a twist which makes them unique. Such as their house-made Guacamole or Steak Frites, they are truly phenomenal.
Maya Grill
Immerse in the Mexican culture at this wonderful place. From the decoration to its incredible menu variety, this restaurant offers an incomparable ambiance while merging harmoniously ancient with modern style. They offer innovative Latino cuisine choices, like some fajitas accompanied with tequila or margaritas. Sounds good, right?
Guests can delight in classic Mexican dishes with a touch of the chef’s swing that we truly enjoy, since it makes the overall experience much more enjoyable! Remember that there are some great desserts here too, like the Fried Churro Ice Cream or the delicious Pastel de Tres-leches (one of my personal favorites).
Rix Sports Bar & Grill
Want to spend a relaxing & chill time while enjoying delicious drinks and meals? Then this is the place for you. There is no need to be a sports fan when coming over.
The only requirements are having a great appetite and the ability to restrain yourself from trying out the many tasty cocktails options available on their menu (which is truly a challenge).
They all look too good not to try! From the D'Horchata Latte and Mango Crush to the Morning Sunrise and Bourbon Smah, they are all incredible. But don’t take us wrong, the food cannot be left behind, it is noteworthy in its own right, especially the burgers and steaks.
