Monorail Routes: A Sky-High Expedition
Walt Disney World’s Monorail system is composed of three distinct lines: the Express Monorail, the Resort Monorail, and the EPCOT Monorail. Each one of these routes provides a unique tour, allowing passengers to decide which stunning view they want to appreciate! ...oh, and also where they want to go, which is extra important.
Express Monorail
This line offers a non-stop service between the Transportation and Ticket Center (TTC) and Magic Kingdom. This express Monorail is a direct route for guests to live a different experience at Disney's most classic theme park. Remember that Magic Kingdom doesn't feature a traditional parking like the other parks, so you need to grab a bus to get there or a Monorail.
Resort Monorail
This one transports passengers to and from Magic Kingdom, stopping at iconic Disney Resorts like Disney’s Contemporary Resort, Disney's Polynesian Village Resort, and Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa. It’s an ideal way to explore the fancy houses and restaurants that aren't that far away from the park.
EPCOT Monorail
This last one connects Magic Kingdom to EPCOT. The route will give you a breathtaking view of Tomorrowland and the World Showcase. Most guests that visit the Magic Kingdom prefer to park in Epcot, then grab the Monorail and head to the Magic Kingdom.
