Is it Foodie o’clock at Disney Festivals yet?
Ohh, how we love the festive events at Disney World, and the 2024 editions come in at full speed for another incredible experience for guests.
Especially with the Flower & Garden Festival which is closer than ever! Their gastronomical choices are always something many of us have been looking forward to since the official dates were announced. I mean, just look at the pictures and you can feel your stomach growling.
Yes, we have to admit it... eating at Disney is one of the most exciting activities to do during your visit, and we are here for it! Disney is one of the few places in the world where we don't feel that bad for eating so many desserts, pizzas, burritos and more. Well, that is until we are back home and it's time to head to the gym, but let's not focus on that.
EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival
Prepare your bags, because it's time to go to Walt Disney World later this month. We are talking about EPCOT, where this anticipated festival will be taking place.
Flowers, creativity and magic are some of the elements that will be featured at the park from February 28th to May 27th, 2024. However, as we mentioned before, one of our favorite things to do during this special visit is to try as many culinary delights as possible.
Especially at special events such as the Flower & Garden Festival, where themed dishes and snacks surprise guests everywhere!
Yep, we are Foodies by heart here. In this year's edition, guests can expect more than 20 outdoor kitchens ready to enchant you with their gastronomical wonders, and more than 60 food options to choose from. We are counting down the seconds to try out as many dishes as we can! Mostly to review them for you, of course. For science. Not because we are *that* hungry.
Let’s take a look at some of the menu choices!
As we mentioned before, there are going to be many mouthwatering and themed alternatives to choose from. However, today we have gathered up our Top 3 kitchens and their fabulous menus. Maybe they become your top favorite options too!
The Honey Bee-stro Hosted by National Honey Board
Menu:
- Chicken& Waffles: this delicious twist will steal your heart. Expect some crispy chicken with a special waffle (made of honey sweet cornbread), topped with whipped honey butter and a touch of spicy honey.
- Try the brand-new Honey-glazed Cauliflower, which contains honey-roasted purée, wild rice pilaf and some spring vegetables. All this is topped with honey-blistered grapes and sunflower brittle.
- Non-alcoholic beverage option: “Honey-Peach Cobbler Freeze with Streusel “
- Brand-new drink option: “Copperpoint Brewing Co. Bee’s Squeeze Blonde Ale”, and so much more!
Pineapple Promenade
Menu:
- Try out a classic meal twist! The Spicy Hot Dog comes with pineapple chutney and topped with plantain chips.
- Plant base Dole Whip. It looks so creamy and delicious!
- Brand-new drink option: “Copperpoint Brewing Co. Tropical Hibiscus Blonde Ale”
- Non-alcoholic beverage option: “Frozen Desert Violet Lemonade“, it goes perfectly with the spring season. A pic of it should be an Instagram highlight, it's so pretty!
- Brand-new drink option: “Wicked Weed Brewing Perni Haze Hazy IPA”, and so much more!
Swirled Showcase
Menu:
- Sorbet & Waffle: Soft-serve in a Waffle Cone. Choose from Vanilla, Grape Jelly, or Peanut Butter.
- Brand-new Strawberry Basil Sorbet served in a waffle cone.
- Brand-new Liquid Nitro Honey-Mascarpone Cheesecake. Presented by the National Honey Board, so expect a lot of sweet honey flavors in it.
- Brand-new drink option: Vanilla Soft-serve with Cantaloupe Liqueur.
- Drink option: Strawberry Basil Sorbet with Hard Seltzer, and so much more!

During your visit to this year's festival, you can get these limited edition Disney Gift Cards so you can spend them on new dishes, beverages, desserts and whatever you wish. This is a treat for people that love to collect Disney stuff (I am looking at you, Popcorn bucket collectors). I especially love the designs, the mix of white and green does remind us of flowers and nature.
