Disney is celebrating two decades of Pop Century's vibrant existence, we shine a spotlight on the 20 cast members who have been part of the magic since day one.
These 20 cast members, armed with radiant energy and a passion for Disney's Pop Century Resort, have been instrumental in creating special moments with guests. And YES, they've been known to showcase some seriously rad dance moves. Claudia, a cast member in Guest Services, expressed, “I love being part of guests’ vacations… the past 20 years working here has been an incredibly rewarding experience.”
To mark their remarkable tenure, these 20 cast members gathered to share stories and reflect on their careers. Terri, a Concierge cast member, mentioned, “Pop Century helped me grow as a person and a cast member… they are a second family to me.”

Roselie, who was trained in three different roles on Pop Century's opening day merchandise, the arcade, and food and beverage highlighted, “My leaders helped me reach my goals and build my skills so I could learn a variety of different roles and grow my career at Disney.”
