    Battle of giants: Wonder of the Seas vs Symphony of the Seas

    Today we want to share with you a few interesting facts about the newest and biggest cruise ships that belong to the Royal Caribbean Cruise Line. The info here may help you decide which is your favourite one for your next dream trip.

    Two great ships, one voyage...

    Wonder of the Seas or Symphony of the Seas? Both ships are part of the Oasis-Class Ships, which means that they are the biggest and most expensive ones. Even though they are part of the same family, each one of them has specific characteristics that make them different from each other.

    Wonder of the Seas

    • Holds the title for the largest cruise ship, capable of accommodating nearly 7,000 passengers at full capacity
    • Only 174 suites are available in 8 different categories
    • The restaurants are pretty similar on both ships, but Wonder of the Seas does not have Jamie’s Italian, Vintages Wine Bar, and Solarium Bistro. 
    • Offers only voyages to the Caribbean

    Symphony of the Seas

    • Used to be the largest ship before Wonder of the Seas launched in 2020.
    • Has more Suits available and also a bigger choice of suites: a total of 188 suites in 11 different categories
    • The restaurants are pretty similar on both ships, but Wonder of the Seas does not have Chef’s Table, Giovanni’s Italian Kitchen & Wine Bar, and The Mason Jar. 
    • Offers voyages to the Caribbean and a few to the Bahamas
