Hey, there's a new spot to eat at Disneyland! It's not a surprise for us to see a new addition based on The Princess and the Frog, even more so located inside Disneyland's New Orleans Square, which has been a culinary haven for a long time already.
Tiana is on a roll
The home to iconic places like Blue Bayou and Cafe Orleans now welcomes the recent addition of Tiana’s Palace Restaurant, inspired by "The Princess and the Frog", and it has quickly become the park's top quick service spot.
Situated in the former French Market location, Tiana’s Palace adds a touch of New Orleans flair to Disneyland's dining scene. While the restaurant may not perfectly be just like the movie's grand sugar mill setting, it comes with great details and beautiful design!

The menu at Tiana’s Palace is a departure from the former French Market offerings, delivering a blend of Creole and Cajun cuisine. The culinary team did their best to provide table-service quality in a counter service environment, and they've succeeded incredibly!
The standouts include the 7 Greens Gumbo, available in plant based or chicken & andouille sausage options, in honor of New Orleans traditions. The Gulf Shrimp and Grits and Muffuletta Sandwich represent the rich and comforting flavors of Creole cuisine. The Baked Macaroni and Cheese side also deserves five stars with its texture and flavor.
Beyond the exclusive dishes, Tiana’s Palace captivates with its charming atmosphere. While it may not precisely replicate the movie setting, the added details are certainly capturing the attention of every guest. The restaurant's popularity is undeniable, and it is poised to remain a bustling spot for years to come.
We love this new place. It's not just about the food, it's a culinary journey with the spirit of New Orleans, making it a place that you must go at least once.
