Going to Disney World is truly a once-in-a-lifetime and magical experience. That’s why choosing which theme park to go to can be a difficult decision, but if you’re into classic attractions, enchanting fireworks, musical parades, and meeting the Disney characters, then Magic Kingdom is perfect for you!
But as we always say, it’s better to be prepared when going on a trip, especially in Disney World. That’s why we’ll give you a heads-up if you ever visit Magic Kingdom in January.
Better to avoid this date?
The theme park will close early on January 29th, 2024, and it will be open only from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., according to the My Disney Experience app. Since the park will close at 4:30 p.m., there will be no fireworks taking place during that day. Aw!
Although Disney frequently closes parks early for private events such as Cast Member parties, weddings, and other occasions, we are still waiting for an official reason that explains the early park closure. We will keep you updated if Mickey Mouse ever grabs the microphone and explains that to us.
Also, if you visit Magic Kingdom this holiday season, be prepared for long lines and a large crowd, or pay for skip-the-line services if you don’t have the time, energy, and patience. Plus, make sure to arrive early and have all your essentials with you. After all, being prepared will make you and your loved ones’ trip to Disney World and Magic Kingdom even more fantastic and memorable!
