It feels like the global pandemic was only yesterday, right?
Covid-19 was also a major headache for Walt Disney World. Mickey Mouse had to close down every theme park, attraction, store and snack booth for months. For a good while, no one was allowed inside the beautiful, magical place known as Disney.

Many restaurants and attractions never came back after Covid-19 hit, but we are glad to say that a new shopping spot is returning to EPCOT!
That's the perfect moment for a new store to raise from the dead, right? After all, the Holiday Season is almost upon us, what's a better way to celebrate than to buy a gift or two at the many new kiosks finally returning to the World Showcase Plaza?
As the park is celebrating the popular Festival of the Holidays, we are glad to announce that a new area and shortcut filled with kiosks is now available, connecting the World Showcase to World Celebration. This area was previously locked out, with many construction workers giving their best to make everything ready for the Holiday Season. Mission accomplished!
Hopefully this means that EPCOT’s transformation is almost over. According to Disney, the Company plans that this December the middle area of the park will be reopened and completely redesigned, let's hope that's exactly what happens.
