However, you should definitely come here to enjoy the fantastic staff, breathtaking views, and to spend quality time with the love of your life. Main dishes include swordfish steak, penne alla vodka, ribeye steak, and more. Make sure to make a reservation as soon as you get to Halcyon Beach.

Soy is a classic restaurant at Sandals, often featured at several Sandals Resorts. In fact, there is even a Soy Sushi Bar at Sandals Grande St. Lucian Resort, which is just about 45 minutes away. This restaurant is frequently considered one of the best at Sandals, especially for sushi lovers.
Soy is about traditional sushi, while the other Japanese restaurant - Kimonos - offers a Teppanyaki cooking style with a chef cooking your meal right in front of your eyes. Sit down, relax, and order all the sushi you want! The sushi is pretty good and there are many options, and you can even ask the chefs for their signature rolls and they will surprise you with something even tastier! If you aren’t a big fan of raw fish, they also have many cooked options with shrimp and fish, like the crispy spicy tuna. Crispy sushi is also very good!

Mario’s is a great choice for those who don’t want to stress about reservations but still want to enjoy a fantastic meal. The restaurant features a good antipasto buffet, and dishes like the chicken parmigiana, gnocchi, and lasagna receive excellent reviews. The chefs and staff are also outstanding. There are plenty of entrée options, and you can even ask for one as an appetizer and the other as a main entrée if you are unsure of what to order.
