Why We Are Excited about Beaches Exuma at Famvia Travel
Beaches Exuma Resort will be the fourth Beaches branded resorts but it will be the first located in the Bahamas! We are so excited about this resort opening hopefully late 2025. This resort was previously known as Sandals Emerald Bay but closed down for the extensive renovation in August 2024.
Beaches Exuma Highlights
While we do not know exactly what is planned for this new resort, we have some hints already from the press announcement and of course what was already there from the existing Sandals Emerald Bay Resort. Some of the planned amenities are:
- A brand new Kids Camp
- 12 restaurants, bars, lounges and spaces
- Rooms with personal butler or concierge service
- Swimming with pigs, white sandbars and more
Every Beaches resort includes tons of perks like scuba diving, water activities and nightlife for both kids and adults. The Beaches Exuma Resort will also include access to a spa and a beautiful 18 hole golf course designed by Greg Norman.
